2. Meet up or take a tour of our facilities
Once we've received your enquiry, we will be in touch to answer any questions you may have and we'll invite you to meet us. This will either be:

- At your home - for dog walking requests or drop in services
- At our business location - for day care / boarding services
3. Register
After the meet and greet / tour of the facilities, if you choose to use our services, we will provide you with the relevant paperwork for you to register / book with us.
Registration includes some simple questions that will give us important information about your dog, such as vaccinations, neutering, allergies, consents etc.
A trial nights stay will be required for boarding requests over 1 night long.

4. Permissions
To comply with the The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018, there are the following permissions / records that will need your consent. We can provide these in paper format during your meet and greet or provide you with a log in to access our client area which contains all of our policies, procedures and forms.

5. Confirmation
Once we have received back your completed forms (and deposit of 20% if boarding with us), we will confirm your booking.
