Once we've received your inquiry, we will be in touch usually via email and you will be invited to complete our online client registration form to tell us more information about your dog(s).

Completion of consent forms and medical history
After the meet and greet / tour of the facilities, if you choose to use our services, we will provide you with the relevant online paperwork for you to complete your registration with us.
To comply with the The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018, there are forms / records that will need your consent. We can help you complete these electronically during your meet and greet or provide you with a log in to access our client area which contains all of our policies, procedures and forms.
This includes completion of our:

The information you provide on our forms will be held by 'New Dawn - Cornwall'. Your information will not be used for any other purpose by 'New Dawn - Cornwall' and will not be passed onto any other third party without your permission. In accordance with 'New Dawn - Cornwall's' Record Retention Policy, the information you provide on this form will be retained for its purpose, after which period it will be destroyed in a secure manner. All personal information held by 'New Dawn - Cornwall' is held safely in a secure environment.

Booking confirmation
Once we have received back your completed forms, a booking confirmation will be emailed to you with an estimated invoice for our services. Dog walks and our day care service are invoiced monthly in arrears and all dog boarding bookings require a 20% deposit to secure the booking.
A trial nights stay will be required for dog boarding requests over 1 night long.
