Key Release Form

New Dawn - Cornwall requires all clients that need the Service Provider to enter their home to complete a Key Release Form. Please provide New Dawn - Cornwall, with a copy of your key at your initial meet and greet or agreed time. If you live in an apartment complex, you may also be required to provide the Service Provider with a key pass. All keys and key passes are securely stored in a locked cabinet when not in use.

New Dawn - Cornwall, will safeguard Client’s key(s) in a manner consistent with that of the professional pet / home service industry, which includes tagging, coding and storing of key(s) in a manner that offers reasonable protection to Client in the event of loss or theft of key(s).

Key Return
The Service Provider will only return key(s) to the Client or Client’s representative.

If the Client is not available, the Client authorises the following individual to accept the key(s). *

1. New Dawn - Cornwall, will not make copies of my key(s).

2. At the end of scheduled services, my key will be automatically returned by New Dawn - Cornwall.
